At The Silent Shutter, all our portraits and prints are delivered as high-resolution digital files.

Turnaround Time – Your completed, digitally enhanced portrait will be sent within 2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Method – Files will be delivered via email or secure download link.

Format – Portraits are supplied in JPEG or PNG format, ready for printing and framing.

No Physical Shipping – As our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped.

File Storage – We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly. The download link will remain active for 14 days from delivery.
