We accept secure online payments via EFT, Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT, and other supported payment gateways. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. For instant delivery items, license keys will be sent to the email address provided during checkout immediately after payment confirmation.
Please ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays. We do not store or have access to your card information — all transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery, cheques, or any form of in-person payment. All orders must be paid for in full before delivery of the product.
All our products are digital and are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your license key and activation instructions will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
• Instant delivery products: Sent within minutes after payment confirmation.
• Manually processed products: Delivered within 1–2 hours during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours may be processed the next working day.

All sales of digital software products are final once a license key or activation code has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after delivery.
However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:
• Duplicate payments for the same order.
• Verified technical errors on our side that prevent product delivery or cause faulty keys.
• Unavailability of the purchased product after payment.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details and proof of payment. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Please note, refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind or accidental purchases.
• Compatibility issues with your device or software.
• Lost or stolen license keys after delivery.
