Directions

This is a CONCENTRATED and POWERFUL facial serum containing active plant-based ingredients that may cause skin-irritation or breakouts for those with allergies. It is IMPORTANT that you perform a patch-test of the product *at least 24-48* hours before regular application to ensure the product is a good fit for your skin. If the formula is compatible with your skin, apply 3-5 drops once daily followed by moisturizer. For external use only.

Delivery Policy

One Courier fee. Shop to your hearts content and only pay one fee for delivery. Normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working days. We do not offer shipment outside of South Africa. All items shall be packaged according to the nature of the item. We do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred by courier. Should you wish to insure your parcel please advise accordingly. Payment for courier made in advance. We do not deliver personally. Goods can be collected once payment clears into our account.


Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product in it's original packaging within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase.
Note that a no refund or exchange policy will apply to certain items eg. skincare tools, makeup and products. If uncertain please enquire.
