DIRECTION

Gently massage with fingertips in a circular motion over a damp face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes. wash off and pat dry.
Use 2-3 times per week for glowing skin.

Grocery

Orders placed between Mondays to Fridays should be delivered within the 72 hours.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday should be delivered by Tuesday.

Other products:

Delivery of other products that are not classified as grocery shall be delivered within 72 hours

Please note that the lead times shown above are the best case scenarios. We do our best to dispatch orders as they come in, but we cannot guarantee the lead times, they are just estimation. If you need to know exactly how long a particular delivery will take, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Late Deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

What is the cost of delivery?

If your shopping bag’s total is R550 or more we are happy to offer you free delivery in South Africa. For orders less than R550 an automatic R35 charge will be levied to your order.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We carry a large stock holding in our warehouse which we are constantly restocking. However it is possible that you will order a product that we are out of stock of. If this happens we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product etc. Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible and that you will always be in the loop with how your order is progressing.

What happens if there is no one home when a delivery is attempted?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for
