Delivery Policy

DC Designers use very reliable couriers to provide you with the personalized door to door service. Delivery will take between 1 and 3 days depending on destination.
Our products will be shipped within 1-3 days on receipt of payment.
Please make sure you fill in all the correct details for delivery, no PO Box and if to your work state company name too.

Refund Policy

In the very unlikely event that the medal hanger you purchase gets damaged while shipping, please contact us on darren@dcdesigners.co.za. Send us photos of the damage so we can raise the issue with our courier. We will then arrange collection of the damaged hanger and replace it with a medal hanger of the same design and size at no charge. If we don't have a replacement in stock we will get one manufactured for you.
