Delivery Policy

We will do our best to dispatch orders as soon as they are received. Delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days in all major cities and up to 7 working days in outlying areas.

Refund Policy

If you are for any reason would like to cancel your order, you are welcome to log a cancellation and a refund will be processed as follows:

If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and/or the order is in process: the order will be cancelled and a full amount will be refunded
If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and the seller has dispatched the product: a partial shipping fee and processing fee will be deducted and the rest of the full amount will be fully refunded
If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and delivered:
Sell-SA cannot cancel the order, however If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.
